Who We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for an emotionally intelligent and service-hearted Restaurant Manager—someone who can gracefully lead our front-of-house team, uphold our high standards, and build genuine connections with guests and staff alike. Required Background & Experience:

• 3+ years in restaurant management (upscale or high-volume a plus)
• Team leadership, guest service, scheduling, and cost control mastery
• Experience with labor forecasting, POS systems, and compliance
• Able to lead by example and create a culture of respect and pride
• Familiar with Florida health & safety regulations
• Poised, polished, and approachable—you're the face of DeRomo’s
• Bonus: Knowledge of wine, Italian cuisine, or hospitality certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must wear non-slip shoes (not provided)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Open availability including evenings, weekends & holidays

• Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, and reach at, above, and below waist level
• Confidently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around steam, smoke, heat, cold, and humidity
• Tolerant of fresh/raw ingredient exposure (allergy awareness required)
• Manual dexterity to handle tools, supplies, and restaurant equipment precisely
• Clear vision for reading tickets, checking plate presentation, and ensuring safety
• Strong speaking and hearing abilities to communicate in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable navigating tight kitchen spaces and high-traffic areas with ease
• Confident using a step-stool or small ladder when needed
