Physical & Additional Requirements

• Endurance & Movement: Must be able to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
• Strength & Mobility: Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds above, below, and at waist level.
• Agility & Flexibility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach at various heights.
• Manual Dexterity: Handling cash, credit cards, and fresh products with precision.
• Vision & Awareness: Strong peripheral and near/far vision for safety and accuracy.
• Verbal Communication: Clearly speak, listen, and interact with customers and team members.
• Temperature Tolerance: Work in hot, cold, and warm environments, including near steam and smoke.

What You Need to Succeed

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Weekend & holiday availability required.
• Non-slip shoes required (not provided).
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing role.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
