What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Running the Seafood Counter Like a Pro)

• Deliver Freshness & Quality – Handle, prepare, and present seafood with care and precision.
• Engage with Customers – Provide expert recommendations, answer questions, and help guests select the best seafood options.
• Keep It Clean & Organized – Maintain a spotless, well-stocked, and visually appealing seafood counter.
• Work Fast & Efficiently – Assist in cutting, weighing, packaging, and prepping seafood with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure Food Safety & Compliance – Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Stay Ahead of the Game – Anticipate customer needs, restock before items run low, and keep operations flowing seamlessly.

What We Need From You:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States – We do not provide visa sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to wear non-slip shoes (not provided) for safety.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays – because seafood lovers shop year-round!
• Previous seafood, meat, or grocery experience is a plus—but if you’ve got the hustle, we want you!
• Bilingual in Spanish? Not required, but a big plus in our diverse and lively market.

Physical Requirements:

• Endurance & Mobility – You’ll be on your feet, moving fast, and handling high-energy shifts.
• Strength & Lifting – Must be able to carry, lift, and move seafood and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Manual Dexterity – Handle knives, scales, and packaging tools with precision and speed.
• Environmental Adaptability – Comfortable working in a cool, wet environment with ice, water, and seafood.
• Sensory Skills – Strong vision, smell, and touch to assess seafood freshness.
• Ingredient Handling – Must be able to work with a variety of fresh and raw seafood, including potential allergens.
