What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Running the Show)

• Own Your Section – Manage multiple tables, provide top-tier service, and keep everything running like clockwork.

• Multi-Task Like a Pro – Handle multiple tables, orders, and requests without breaking a sweat.

What We Need From You:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States – We do not provide visa sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to wear non-slip shoes (not provided) for safety.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays – that’s when the magic happens!
• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish? Not required, but a big plus in our diverse and lively restaurant.

Physical Requirements:

• Endurance & Mobility – You’ll be on your feet, moving fast, and handling high-energy shifts.
• Strength & Lifting – Must be able to carry multiple plates and trays up to 50 lbs.
• Manual Dexterity – Handle plates, trays, and service items quickly and efficiently.
• Environmental Adaptability – Comfortable working in a busy restaurant with heat, smoke, and steam.
• Sensory Skills – Strong vision, hearing, and communication to ensure top-tier service.
• Ingredient Handling – Must be able to work with a variety of fresh and raw food products, including potential allergens.
