What You’ll Be Doing:

• Craft Amazing Coffee – Prepare delicious espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty beverages with a creative touch.
• Bring the Bakery to Life – Assist customers at the bakery counter, serving up fresh pastries, breads, and desserts with care.
• Create Memorable Moments – Greet customers with warmth, positivity, and enthusiasm while taking orders and making recommendations.
• Keep It Clean & Organized – Maintain a spotless, well-stocked, and efficient coffee bar and bakery counter.

Physical Requirements: 

• Endurance & Mobility – Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
• Strength & Lifting – Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., including trays, supplies, and products.
• Manual Dexterity – Ability to handle small tools, operate espresso machines, and package baked goods efficiently.
• Environmental Adaptability – Comfortable working in hot, cold, and busy environments with exposure to smoke and steam from kitchen operations.
• Sensory Skills – Strong vision, hearing, and verbal communication to engage with customers and ensure quality service.
• Ingredient Handling – Must be able to work with a wide range of fresh and raw products, including potential allergens.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States – We do not provide visa sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to wear non-slip shoes (not provided) for safety.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in coffee, bakery, or food service is a plus!
• Bilingual in Spanish is not required but a plus!
