The Wine Steward position oversees the wine department in the Market and assists with wine-tasting events. The position focuses on maintaining appealing and well-stocked displays and offering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Passion and extensive knowledge about specialty foods in particular cheese, both foreign and domestic
• Develop professional relationships with customers and provide education on wine and food pairing.
• Administer pricing of all products and maintain knowledge of the product
• Maintain displays according to company standards.
• Manage order details for clientele according to specific season and develop promotional events according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate with corporate merchandising unit and ensure best price from vendors.
• Coordinate with Market Manager and maintain records for shipments.
• Ensure appropriate storage of products for clients and restock it as required.
• Ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction for all clients.
