DeRomo's Gourmet Market & Restaurant in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team!

The Floor Manager is responsible supporting management team in all aspects of operations including guest and associate satisfaction, planning and  training associates, ensuring quality standards are met, supervising staff, and applying relevant management principles to assure that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and exceeded.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of the in-house Restaurant functions 
• Provide effective orientation and training for new team members and professional development activities for experienced team members.
• Oversees restaurant operations to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests to enjoy and where associates can excel.
• Inspect locations to ensure all safety, sanitation, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.
• Ensure standards operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.
• Interact with both internal and external customers/guests.
• Manage employee conflict and guest concerns.
• Ensure consistent brand service standards are delivered in every area.
• Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of food and beverage within the property.
• Provide effective leadership to the food and beverage teams to ensure targets are met and complete monthly inventory.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong organization and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
• Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter.
• Weekends and Holidays may be required as business needs warrant.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in Restaurant Management experience required.
